I’m finally posting the 2006 costumes I created.Months of work went into the creating of the Ice Demon and the Yeti.On the Yeti costume the icicles were lighted and glowed an Arctic blue. The mask which was hand
painted and more hair was applied, has a mouth that opened and closed.
The Ice Demon had plastic icicles applied every where and on the mask the tendrils of hair were plastic form of flowers from Micheal’s (Art ,decor supply shop). The mouth on this mask also opened and closed. You may notice its the same mask as the Red one in an earlier costume, but different technique used to change it.
Both costumes here were a 4 month project, all handmade using pieces and parts! I hope you enjoy and leave a comment if you wish.

2004 Halloween Ball contest winners. These were the 2 costumes I created and we won First Prize..$1500.00.We are pictured here with the KZZU Radio Morning Hosts. Alot of glueing sewing and painting goes into making these costumes.I also use foam masks, that are movie quality,by applying the paint and glueing the foam to my face …every expression is seen

2005 Halloween Ball contest winners. First place winners at the Halloween Ball 2005,this year we won $1000.00 (They are lowering the amount..lol)Now this was even more work than the previous year but well worth it! There is many things to explain about these costumes and what went into making them.I again wore a foam face piece…hand painted and glued on.Kevin’s Red demons mask is a one of a kind handmade piece I created.I had someone else create the piece like Kevin’s leather Battle shift.(Leather man skirt
Now being a Cobra queen I also had to have a 7 ft tail..lol… which I made and stuffed with 3 pounds of batting.I had many people wanting to hug the tail all night. Now to create the look of snake skin..scales…I first applied Elmer’s glue in a pattern on my arms…pressed oatmeal in,let dry, then hand painted it to look like snake skin.It washed off with warm water at the end of the night.!>.
